Wraparound Care

We run wraparound care from 7:45am- 6pm at both sites of our school, term time only.

Breakfast Club runs from 7:45am- 9:00am and offers a choice of healthy breakfast options. Breakfast is served to the children in a ‘family’ style seating arrangement. The children are encouraged to use their manners and to talk to the other children on their table. Breakfast is then followed by a group activity sessions until school begins. If you would like your child to have breakfast, please ensure they are in wrap around by 8:20am.

After-School Club runs from 3.20 until 6pm. Children can be booked in for one hour, two hours or the full session. The children are provided with a number of activities to choose from including traditional games, sports, forest school, ICT, craft and cooking. There is also a quiet area for children to relax after a busy day at school. Activities on offer change on a weekly basis and the children have an input in to what kinds of activities they would like to do.

Booking and Payment

Booking and payments are all made through the Arbor App. To be able to book you will need enough credit on your account for all the sessions you wish to book beforehand.

If you use Childcare Vouchers or the Tax-Free Scheme through the GOV portal please allow at least 7 days for these to be transferred from your account to the schools. 

The Arbor App gives you flexible booking options, you will be able to book daily, monthly or termly, it is up to you. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Booking will close at 12:00 noon on the day prior to the intended session.

Breakfast Club - 7:45am - 9:00am £5.50 per session

Wraparound -  15:20pm - 16:20pm £5.00 per session

                           15:20pm - 17:20pm £10.00 per session

                           15:20pm - 18:00pm £14.00 per session

Late arrivals: Charges for collecting pupils later than agreed

£6 for the first 15 minutes

£12 thereafter for up to 30 minutes

Extra-curricular clubs

If your child attends extra-curricular clubs during the school year, their place in after-school wrap around care can only be kept with full payment for the hour to hold the space. This also includes Delta lead clubs. 

Snacks

If children are staying in after-school wrap around past 4:20pm, it is recommended that they bring along a small snack to keep them going.
