Somers Park Eco Committee meet regularly through the school year. We have a representative from the classes that discuss Eco issues and share thoughts and ideas from them and their classes. We also hold Eco assemblies and write articles for the Newsletter and post on Twitter. We make sure that the paper recycling is carried out properly.

 

Areas that we work on include: use of energy and water, caring for our school grounds, reducing, reusing and recycling, healthy eating, exercise, our links to schools in other countries, rubbish and waste, litter, sharing thoughts and ideas with other schools. We have achieved our Green Flag Eco Award.
