Sitting at the foot of the Malvern Hills, Somers Park School has been on its site on Somers Park Avenue since 1909. Evolving originally, from 'The British School' (through a number of transformations) our lineage since 1844 makes us one of the oldest schools in Malvern and Worcestershire.

Walking around the site, the size of which regularly surprises visitors to the school, you may notice some of the original features of the building, including the stone signage to the old boys’ and girls’ entrances. However, over the years the site has been added to and enhanced in many ways. Our outside space is amazing! Two separate woodlands, a large playing field, a working garden and three playgrounds allows our children to explore play and learn with confidence both in and out of the classroom.

Including our onsite nursery for children from 2 years and 9 months, we currently have over 450 children on roll at the Somers Park site which is home to the original two form entry school. As a whole, the school is currently growing to three form entry with the inclusion of the Malvern Vale site (we’re up to Year 4 there now!)  there are almost children in our school overall.
